I wasï»¿ told the same thing. I had cataract surgery when I was 9, and told I could not have a lens replacement until I was an adult. With the information I have been finding lately, I think I must have been misinformed. They can implant lens’ into children……….I am 26 now, and I am looking into my options . I am optimistic. I would suggest that you continue searching for the right doctor to help you.

I was born with a cateract but I was told I couldn’t have lens replacement until I was 30. I’ve lookedï»¿ into it (seen as i’m now 20 and I want it fixed) and apparently it’s too late.
